Module 3: Preparing to search

Effective searching needs groundwork. In this module, you'll learn some strategies to really understand your assessment topic and the task, so you can clearly identify what information you need to find. 

When you complete Module 3, you should be able to:

1. Identify information in an assessment task that informs searching
2. Extract key terms and concepts to guide searching.
