Issue

Some ProQuest eBook links may display an error message, and downloaded chapters may not open correctly.

Current Status

  1. First, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, then reopen the eBook link.

  2. If the issue continues, switch the download format from EPUB to PDF and re-download the chapter from within the PDF view. Detailed instructions are available on the ProQuest FAQ page.

  3. As another option, you can manually generate a working PDF link by replacing the docID in this URL with the relevant number (e.g. 7190049): https://ebookcentral.proquest.com/lib/utas/reader.action?docID=7190049&c=UERG
