Great eText features to focus your reading

Searching

Most ebook platforms have a search box that allows you to search the whole text for keywords.

The search results panel on the left hand side of the ebook indicate:

• where in the book the keyword appears, 
• how frequently, and 
• provides links to relevant pages so you can view the keywords in the context of what is being said.

This feature helps you to quickly find information on your topic in the ebook.

Annotating, Highlighting, & Bookmarking

• Some ebook platforms allow you to annotate the text using Notes, Highlighter, and Bookmarking features. 
• These are saved and can be seen only by you every time you login to use the ebook.

Finding your Annotations, Highlights, & Bookmarks again

• Star icon in the panel on the left hand side of this ebook will list the pages where you have annotated, highlighted or bookmarked that text for later use.
• This may appear differently in different ebook platforms.
