Jade Jade is a free version and a paid subscription option.  The University of Tasmania does not subscribe to the Professional Version at this time.  The free version allows you to elect to receive daily alerts for new decisions in upper courts or create more complex alerts - filtered by case topic, search text or for other courts - can be created from the "My Jade" area.
High Court of Australia Judgment Delivery Notification service  You can subscribe to High Court of Australia Judgment Delivery Notification service email alerts for advance notice of judgment delivery and/or to receive summaries of judgments when handed down complete the form on this page.

Court Websites

Many courts, both in Australia and internationally, publish judgments on their websites and often have an RSS feed option to allow you to stay up-to-date with new judgments.  Here are some Court Websites you could explore: 

Queensland Law Reporter  The Queensland Law Reporter has been published since 1908 as a weekly supplement to the Queensland Reports and provides the legal profession in Queensland with weekly updates of the most significant developments in Queensland statute and case law. You can subscribe to receive a free weekly copy of the Queensland Law Reporter to your email inbox every Friday.
