Higher Degree Research Candidates

The Graduate Research Office automatically submits your thesis to the Library for inclusion to the Open Access Repository following your graduation.

Honours and Masters by Coursework Students

Honours and Coursework Masters graduates can self-submit the final assessed version of their thesis to the OAR. 


To self-submit your thesis

1. Complete the Thesis Access Form to identify any copyrighted material in your thesis and sign the declaration. 

2. Scan the Thesis Access Form as a .PDF document

3. Email the final assessed version of your thesis and a completed Thesis Access Form, both in.PDF to:

No thesis can be made accessible in the OAR until the graduate qualification has been verified in the University's Graduate Verification Service.
