UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN)
Mobilizes global scientific and technological expertise to promote practical solutions for sustainable development, including the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Climate Agreement. SDSN works closely with United Nations agencies, multilateral financing institutions, the private sector, and civil society.

Tasmanian Renewable Energy Action Plan
This submission identifies four key issues which require further consideration during the development of the Action Plan:
1. Identify and address the potential risks associated with the TREAP
2. Maximise and promote the long-term benefits of the TREAP for Tasmania
3. Use increased renewable energy generation to develop new low carbon industries
4. Develop Tasmania’s ‘brand’ as a sustainable, innovative, low carbon economy
