What are databases?
Databases contain information about journal articles, conference proceedings etc. Use databases if you want to search for current research on a topic. Some databases contain the full text of some articles. If not, search for the journal title in our library catalogue to see if we have the journal in print format or electronic access via another database.
CrossSearch
CrossSearch allows you to search across all UTAS subscribed databases. It also allows you to search multiple subject areas. It is a good starting point when you are beginning your research. It will give you an idea of which databases have more relevant information over others.
