Raymond G. Miltenberger received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1985 from Western Michigan University. He's now the Director of the Applied Behavior analysis program at the University of South Florida after spending many years at the University of North Dakota. . He is a board certified behavior analyst. He has taught behavior modification and behavior therapy to undergraduate and graduate students.
